29 September 2007:  Festival on the Colchester Green.  Concession by the Colchester Lions.

 

4 October 2007:  Pasta dinner at Knights of Columbus Hall by the Taftville Lions.  Cost is $6.

 

8 October 2007:  2nd cabinet meeting in Vernon, CT. 

 

11 October 2007:  Board of Directors Meeting at 7 PM.  Regular meeting at 8 PM.  Meetings will be held at the Lebanon Community Center.

 

13 October 2007:  President’s meeting with the Governor.  8:30 Am to 11:30 AM at Windham Hospital. 

 

13 and 14 October 2007:  Franklyn Lions will be selling pies at Blue Slope Farm as a fundraiser.

 

20 October 2007:  Secretaries breakfast with the Governor.  There will also be training for submitting the monthly forms on-line. 

 

20 October 2007:  Tractor Pull and Truck and Car Show at the Lebanon Lions fairgrounds.  Joe Russo is the Chairperson. 

 

24 October 2007:  Blood drive at the Lebanon Fire Safety Complex.  Rita Lataille is the Chairperson.

 

25 October 2007:  Regular meeting at 8 PM.  Meetings will be held at the Lebanon Community Center.

 

26 October 2007:  Octoberfest at the Lebanon Fire Safety Complex.  Melissa Hofmann is the Chairperson. 

 

8 November 2007:  Board of Directors Meeting at 7 PM.  Regular meeting at 8 PM.  Meetings will be held at the Lebanon Community Center.

 

10 November 2007:  Leadership development classes from 8:30 AM to 2 PM in New Britain. 

 

15 November 2007:  Lions Peace Posters due.

 

16 November 2007:   SE CT Center for the Blind Fundraiser Dance at Ocean Beach.  There will be a DJ, appetizers, and pasta dinner.  There will also be a basket raffle.  Basket donations are solicited. 

 

17 November 2007:  Norwich Lions eye screening at the Mohegan Sun. 

 

22 November 2007:  Thanksgiving.  No meeting.

 

2 December 2007:  Lions Country Breakfast at the Lebanon Fire Safety Complex.  Dick Tanger is the Chairperson. 

 

9 December 2007:  District 23C Holiday party.
